About Active Clinics


Active Clinics is a UK-based health and wellness brand offering advanced therapies like cryotherapy, red light therapy, and hyperbaric chamber treatments. While the brand had top-tier equipment, they struggled to attract the right audience to sustain operations.

The Challenge

Initially, Active Clinics marketed its services to a broad audience unfamiliar with wellness tech. This resulted in low customer acquisition, limited awareness, and poor revenue performance—despite high operational costs from machines and facility upkeep.

My Role

I was brought in to help reposition the brand and build a focused growth strategy. My goal was to identify the right audience and design a visibility plan that aligned with the brand’s premium offerings.

The Solution

To address the awareness and relevance gap, I introduced a targeted influencer-led strategy:

  1. Audience Shift & Brand Positioning
    I proposed narrowing the focus from the general public to niche high-value segments—namely celebrities, athletes, and wellness influencers. These individuals not only used such therapies regularly but also had the influence to shape public perception.
  2. Influencer Collaborations
    I executed collaborations with local UK wellness influencers and athletes to build credibility and spark interest. These voices shared authentic experiences, positioning Active Clinics as a premium, expert-backed destination.

The Result

The repositioning strategy led to a measurable uptick in brand traction:
